What do you do with a BA in Anthropology?

A day off! Finally I have a day off to do nothing. I caught up on cleaning and laundry and did a little knitting.
I am excited to have started taking classes at PJC. For those of you who don't know, I have ditched my MBA goal and decided to go take courses in graphic design. So far I am loving every second of it. Besides Justin, it's the only really great thing in my life right now. I only wish I'd had the guts to persue an art degree right out of high school instead of wasting my full ride scholarship on a useless BA in Anthropology. You live and learn right? Maybe I just wasn't ready back then. Who knows?
Justin has orientation for his new job on Monday. He's going to be a patient tech at Lakeview Center. It's a really great opportunity to get his foot in the door with a major health care provider and they will work around his school schedule! I may have to put my classes on hold and get a 2nd job to make ends meet for a while, but we're hoping that God will bring us someone to rent our guest room so that I can avoid that. We've had a few people look at it, but no takers so far. Here's hoping our luck will be changing for the better soon.
